    Happy with my purchase

    I have this unit in a large room with nothing on the walls, the hi power sound like a fan on medium speed. The med and low I can't hear at all! I am really happy with my purchase. PLUS this supplier was AWESOME fast acting shipping.

    Damaged beyond repair

    I received my Austin air today, thinking that my son will finally get a good nights rest…excited I opened it up, only to find a terribly damaged unit that was dust covered, and once plugged in, would not come on. My heart sank. I’m at a loss for words…no amount of due diligence can keep me from this disastrous moment. Thanks a lot. I guess I’ll have to make an attempt to repair it.

    I highly recommend an Austin Air!

    I have two of these machines now. One I've had over 8 years and it's a real workhorse! I am glad to finally have a second one because I love them so much! I have multiple birds, so these are very valuable and important in my home.
