The item was delivered timely, as agreed and well packaged to protect the device during shipping. I was a bit disappointed to note that the device was advertised as “New” and not “Open box”. The item and all peripherals are included in the box, but one of the DVD players has a scratch on the screen and some of the peripherals were outside of their original plastic packet. They were screws loose inside the box. Just bit disappointed since the item is intended as a present.
